Thunderstruck has become Sydney’s premier AC/DC Tribute Show. This has come from hard work and trying to get everything right and pleasing the audience show after show. Our formula is we have never done this for the pay we do it because we love it, and it shows time and time again.
Thunderstruck
is a Sydney based AC/DC tribute band made up of guys who have a passion for Rock n Roll. Its a collection of guys who come from bands such as Jailbreak, The Sabbath Show, Snakebite, The Dio Show and Powerage (the 70's & 80's Hard Rock Covers Show.) The boys have been workingtogether for 5 years and the core of this group has been together for over 10 years.
AC/DC burst onto the music world back in 1974 and astounded fans with their schoolboy image and High Powered Rock.
Since they first set out on The Highway To Success they have sold over 200 million albums world wide and still sell out concerts all over the globe.
They have a discography of 18 albums and 30 years of hard work.

HISTORY
The five guys in the Thunderstruck
band have all come from other bands, that had their parts to play in the Sydney Music scene. Bands such as Jailbreak, The Dio Show, Blackest Sabbath, The Jinx, The Village Idiots and Powerage.
All the guys in Thunderstruck
are well experienced musicians who have a great deal of respect for the music they play and for the people who continue to come and see them.
Its not easy to form a band and its harder to keep one together and stay focussed. In this current line up of
Thunderstruck we are all dedicated and focussed to giving the best we can. Every night has to be a big bang. We owe it to our fans.
We are all Rock n Roll fans, we have seen thousands of bands. In rehearsals the guys talk about who they saw and who they are going to go and see next weekend, if we are not playing. There is constant swapping of music going on.
We intend to build on the show and add a few surprises and continue touring on
